My First Jump...

Tips that I would like to give you.

1. Manage your money excellently.

Have self – discipline so that you could be able to save money as a starting capital. If you don’t have money, borrow from someone or from a very close and trusted friend. That’s one example of what we call “leveraging”.

2. Build a network.

For you to have business, you must create a network, a foundation. Let your friends know that you’re into a business whether it is small or big one. Why? Because they can definitely help you, not only as a friend but as a “market” for you too.

3. Control it.

Part of the success of most rich people is this. They know how to control; they know how to lower the risk. In my business, I allowed them not to pay me yet if they don’t have one and just pay me once our paycheck comes in. But as part of my control or minimizing the risk of not being paid, I only allowed those people I really trust and I know well. That is also my way of being creative because I am finding a reason, a way for them to ask load from me even if they don’t have money on hand yet. But like what I’ve said, learn how to control it.

4. Think BIG.

Expandability is one of the key factor of success. Earlier, before I write this blog, I called my dealer and told him that I will step up. I will be a sub – dealer. In that simple way I am letting myself focused. As may everyone doesn’t know, FOCUS means “follow one course until successful’. Do not jump in immediately to another business unless you have mastered the current one. This will definitely help you grow.

5. Visualize your success.

For you to be safe in driving, you should not sleep. You can’t drive a car too while blind – folded, can you? My point is never gamble. Gambling only is defined if you are hoping for something to happen positively without being sure of it. They say “if you want to win a game, learn how to play it”. Know the rules. So, you can control your future. You can predict of what is going to happen and what is bound for you.

LEVERAGE – CONTROL – CREATIVITY – EXPANDABILITY – PREDICTABILITY

This should be your formula to success. Don’t create your own!

Quest is ON...

"Result" will always be the product of your thoughts, feelings and action.

We have our thoughts now. thoughts about losers, thoughts about how to start managing our money and thoughts about why we are not getting rich.

how do you feel now? how do you feel if someone is distracting and arguing with your idea which you think yours is "way far" better? how do you feel that you're "saving" money and other poeple is benefiting from it instead of you bein' the one? how do you feel that you are just circling around the so called "rat race" and already been "trapped" because of not goin out from your comfort zone?

it's a shit isn't it?...

most of the times, the reason why we are aiming for better one is because we already felt the "bad" one, felt an SOL or a shit-out-of-luck once, twice or more and i bet we don't wanna go back to it.

i haven't heard any story from someone who had learned how to ride a bike without falling. never heard someone who learned how to solve mathematics problems without coming up with the wrong answer or solution before the "solved" ones and never had a perfect relationship without bein' with a bitch or polygamous one.

we all learn from our experience. whether it was bad, good or beautiful experience, il will all boil down to "learning". which is one of the awesome and cool parts of our life.

from money standpoint, the way we were oriented, the way we looked about money when we're growin' up, that is how we are now dealin' with it.

it can be your mom, your dad or anyone who looked after you influenced you on how to manage or waste money. if they spend a lot, you'll be a good spender too. if they somehow "save", you'll be a great "keeper" too.

but atleast, even if for the past few years you've been falling, you can NOW stand.

only thinkin and feelin will not work. it's going to be your action that will matter now. how do you react with what is uncomfortable to your mind? how do you take actions of those what you've felt from the past or up until now?

you think...

me? im thinking of 101 ways now to earn 10.1 million pesos in 2 weeks wherein each way will give me a hundred thousand. isn't that exciting?

c'mon let your mind explore...

EXCITEMENT...

Have you ever woke up one day morning and felt like not being excited anymore with your upcoming paycheck?

I did. And those were the days that I am thinking already about bills to pay, my apartment, my credit card and other stuffs that i want to have. ipod, psp, latest model of cellphone, lacoste shoes, new shirts and pants and even a car.

then, the money was loaded to my atm account. at first, i am excited to see how much it is because my mind is now filled with desire. thinking where and when to buy all those stuffs.

in a snap of finger, im now enjoying what i've worked for in a cut-off, in ten days.

but what's next? ofcourse, that is to wait for another ten more days for another paycheck and not realizing that i'm just circling around from income because of my profession and then expenses and then later on have liabilities.

hard to admit, most of us are like this. we are working only for our desire. for our emotions. some can save "some". but what will you do to it? use it soon when "emergency" comes in? most probably..

so what was left now? nothing!...

one of the few things we need to learn first is to manage our money. know your income, expenses and know the difference between an asset vs. liability.

that's what i've learned few hours ago.. and that what makes my heart bursts due to excitement....

i will have assets...

how about you? are you gonna hold on to your liabilities?... please don't...

BDO < 6 pieces of crappy JARS???..

I can't believe what I've just thought...

Just one night of a 3-hour mind awakening conversation with someone I do not know, I started to think, do I need to pull out my BDO account in exchange for 6 jars? Ironic but true.

Why stay with BDO? I don't want to be a loser. I don't want to save my money just because the plan is to have "something" i can use when I grow old. I don't want them to have the convenience of earning after I asked them to keep the fruit of my labor. I SHOULD BE THE ONE who's managin', spendin', earnin' and then enjoyin'... I should not play safe...

6 jars are the things I need not to forget. what the hell would those be for? will those "secure" my future? are they the seeds of my future fruits to be picked from their tree? DEFINITELY...

mmmmmm.... these are the reasons why i had thoughts of turning my bank down. i want to experience financial freedom.

this will be the plan..

first jar will have 15%. This will be for my "investments".
as time goes by and surely money will not passes by, this will serve as a capital amount for my business. business that will give me passive income. passive income that will stream and will give me the real "security" which everybody is searchin' for.

second jar will have 10% and will be filled up by my "luxuries".
don't be greedy. the more you earn money the more you spent for this. don't let desire kill you.

third jar? mmm... let me put here 55%. i'll filled this up with all my "necessities".
for everyday living is the most vital need.

for the fourth jar, 5% will be for my "brain".
the difference of who you are now and 5 years from now are the people surrounding you and the books that you read. feed your brain to be hungrier...

the 5th one can have 10%, all for "play".
wealthy mind needs to be pampered too.

last one will have 5% and will not be given to me....
learn not only to take.. you should give too...

ambitious it is., but the fact that i've learned this is already overwhelming. i'm so excited to learn more how to manage first my money. once i've got used to it, i bet, we'll all have the same mind as any rich people can have. that is a brilliant, wealthy and millionaire's mind...

LOSERS

Loser [noun] - a person with a record of failing; someone who loses consistently.

In every journey we take, we always want to succeed. we want to learn. we want to be powerful.

Unfortunately, there will be someone who will take you down. who will wait for you to tap him and you bein' out. who will wait for you to fail. They are what we call LOSERS..

Who really are they? Are they the ones who just want everything what you have? Everything you achieved? Everything you are still waiting for? Do they also want your mind??? YES! That's the one they don't have...

Know who they are, who are the losers...

1. They know everything.

That's what they think they are. They will try to discourage, contradict and even argue with you if they know that it's beyond what they're "thinking".

2. They're "safe."

They are the ones who have the greatest fear in life. The fear of not taking the risk. Fear of not taking chances.

3. They're greedy.

Losers will think they can get everything. The more they get, the more they'll be trapped.

Are you one of them?
